5. As ensuring water security to the state is the job of the state, all water reserves need to be controlled by the state. Comment on it.
Precious, wastage, control, enough water is no reason for over usage.
6. Children undergo great stress before and after their. What are the causes and effects?
Expectations, attitude, competition. Depression, disorders, tendencies.
7. Children undergo great stress before and after their exams and it is stress much higher today compared to the past. Why? Suggests your own ways to distress students.

You are supposed to write a paragraph running up to minimum 30 (no more than 40) words, and the paragraph needs to look organized as to make it go well with the paragraphs that follow say, first, second and conclusion.
Points are given to make you check how able you are in developing an introduction out of a few key words taken from the topic. Do not write anything, as you have to write something.
Write reasonably addressing the issue to the point.
