It is a good idea primarily because, Private Sector organizations are the biggest employment providers. They demand excellent quality and skill-sets from prospective candidates who seek employment with them. For example; private sector employers offer huge pay packs because they want to get their done professionally. So in order to ensure that professionalism, all centres of learning need to include a few HR personnel in their curriculum committee so that the latter can suggest the type of quality they expect of candidates whom the centres groom out. 85 words
