INtroduction These days, many countries try to reduce gender inequalities, but this is not possible due to various reasons. It is a socially relevant issue and needs to be addressed carefully. This essay will examine various cause and possible solutions to this problem. Second para It is true to say that gender inequality is still prevalent in today’s advanced world. The first and the foremost is the lack of education. At present, in some remote areas of certain countries, education is not possible due to lack of infrastructure and resources. Another factor is social bias. In many countries, it is commonly believed that men are superior to women in all aspects. Traditionally, it is a notion that women tend to do household work. This concept may still persist in some areas, even though women rub shoulders with men. Moreover, certain people believe that men are undoubtedly adapted genetically to perform physically exerting tasks. As a result, women try to move away from these paths. Third para There are various solutions to reduce these inequalities. Education is the first battle to reduce this problem. Education broadens mind of the people and prepare them to accept and respect. In addition, government should implement various rules to protect women and improve their position in every field based on their ability. Moreover, they should increase women’s participation in political and other decision-making processes, along with motivating them from household tasks to national and international levels. This would definitely change society’s attitude towards women and encourage their participation in every field. These measures definitely reduce gender gap. Conclusion From the above mentioned points, it can be concluded that gender inequities can be minimized wisely by adopting a few pro-active measures. The resistance this inequality maintains is generated out of a history of evolution that is as old as human life.
