Talent pool shortage and poor status of naitons

Some say talent pool shortage is the reason for the prolonged poor status of poor nations. But this views is opposed by others saying that it is the unwise management of the talent that does the job. • Discuss both the views and say what you feel of talent management in poor nations. It has been quite long since the world started hearing about poor nations. In this respect, the view that talent shortage is the reason for their prolonged poor status short of substance and the second view sounds really well founded. 40 words The school of talent pool deficit may be based on the assumption that the poor are poor in all respects. But it is not so. There are innumerable instances to prove that the talent pool of the poor is so rich. Firstly, the statistics on human capital export from poor nations is reason enough to prove that. Besides this, multinational companies from the richer parts of the world are outsourcing great number of jobs to poor nations, especially to Asia. In entertainment, sports, business, literature, administration R and D and the like are brimming with talent. 95 words Actually, in these poor geographies talent is callously managed. It happens like this. Corruption, poor political will, money and favoritism are the elements that dictate things. Asian countries are notorious for this. Naturally, their talent pool neither rightly acknowledged nor very well assessed or wisely assigned. The result is talents go either unemployed or underemployed or unidentified. For example, delayed employment, running for facilities and, finally, throwing up the towel and flying off the country are very common. The available talent is not put to right use. 85 words The discussion, in short, reveals that the first view on talent does not hold any water, but the second is the other way round. Analyzing both, what I feel is that, in poor many poor nations, diverse exceptional talents are not allowed to work for the uplift of these countries; to the ranks of the rich. 55 words Ajaypeesdoc 275 words 13.11.14
