There is growing concerns over the mounting carbon content in the atmosphere. However, the rising carbon content is caused more by the rich nations than by the poor, and ironically enough, poor nations are rich with green cover which makes the whole world breathe easy.

Do you think rich nations should pay the poor carbon credits?
Or the rich nations should cut down on emission?

Some people argue that examinations hardly evaluate the real merit of a student because every one is unique in one thing or the other but examinations, most of the time, fail to identify that difference.
