Letter one

I am a subscriber to your cable network and my number is 234.29988, located at Barbey lane, third block.

I am writing this to inform you that, of late, my cable connection gives me constant problems with regards to sound quality, picture clarity and regular airing of certain channels.

I have reported this case many times by telephone, and a few of days back, I met one of your service engineers and told him of this persistent problem. Though he had promised me immediate repairs within a day or so, I have not received any kind of attention from your side.

So I am forced to record here that, unless I get my cable fixed within 24 hours, I would be forced to withdraw my subscription and go for a new service provider.

And please not that it would not be possible for me to pay the last bill of your subscription on account of your being poor in service.
