Among the three companies, Wipro demands the least in terms of qualification and experience. Here the job is open for any degree holder, and no experience is needed, rather the company is ready to pay on the job training. And the pay?  They offer the least as well, 2/3 hundred thousand per year.

In contrast, IBM offers two times the salary offered by Wipro. But the qualification and experience expected are much higher too. Here the post is open only for IT engineering degree holders. Coupled with this is the three years’ experience.
