Request of media attention

Sir,

I am writing this letter to seek some media attention from your esteemed Daily for a global event we are  planning to host in the coming month. My name is Raheail Rodon, and I have been working as a social worker for some decades, and we have a fraternity of people, HELPOUT, who are for the welfare of the suffering whoever they are.

The purpose of this meet is to see what we could do to those people who are suffering from Ebola virus in Africa. The venue of the meet is Carera Convention centre in Washington DC and we expect nearly 500 people 40 plus nations. And the program will start at 10 Am Monday, 20.12.14, and the Hon. Mayor has agreed to inaugurate the function.

Obviously, the electronic media will be covering this event and we will be inviting the Press fraternity too. We are very much confident that your esteemed Daily would release a small write up on this well in advance so as to invite the attention of the global community.
