Inform this matter to the CEO of the tour company. Imagine that you traveled with a group of families and friends.

You cell phone keeps receiving cold calls and messages sent by your cell phone service provider, and this inconveniences you greatly. You have repeatedly asked the company to stop this.
Write a letter to the consumer forum asking for action against the telephone service provider. Please note that there is ruling, in favour consumers, against cold calls.

You have made many arrangements prior to your business trip overseas. Unfortunately, you come to have an emergency which leaves you with only option; cancel the trip and push it up for a couple of weeks. This is going to inconvenience your business team abroad.
