First, dry clay powder is placed in a container and water is added. The water and powder are mixed together, the excess water is removed, and the mixture is shaped into flat shapes.
Next, the shapes are pressed into cup moulds, and handles are added. Then the moulds are put in a kiln where they are dried. Some say that identifying talents much early is the primary thing that makes a girl or a boy successful in their respective talents.Some others hold the view that talents if any ,will naturally surface and success will follow in the long run.
Which view do you support and state why, with examples from your life or surroundings?
Each child is unique and has his or her own interests and talents .When some say this has to be identifed first in order to be successful in their life, others opine that this talent hunt can be complete only when they pass their childhood period. In my opinion the latter view holds much water.
The interest of a child changes as s/he grows up. This is a natural phenomenon. It is because children have a very little knowledge about everything and they get interested in things which can keep them amused. It may be arts, sports or the latest technologies. For example, many children spend hours with art forms like dancing, painting or with computer games. This might be misunderstood as their favourite zone by adults. Most often, these youngsters do not show any talent in these areas in their later life.
On the other hand, very often those who have found their real interest in something have realized it in their adolescent or adult period. At this age, it is very easy to identify, whether he is talented or just attracted towards his area of interest. To cite an example, many sports personalities have understood that they are talented in a particular game in the latter part of their teenage.
However, there are some exceptional instances, where children are found interested in something and later it is proved that they got an ability to excel in that field. But, the number of such cases is very small.
In short, childhood is a period of enjoyment and slow and steady enlightenment for children. Checking out their talent at this time is not a wise idea. But, this period will help them to an extent to find out in what they are talented in future.

There was a time when employers went to any extent to protect their employees at even the hardest of business times, but of late many employers engage in laying off their junior and sometimes senior staff whenever there is a decline in their business.
• Why is this change of attitude to employers?
Do you think it is a good idea to lay off employees at times of crisis?
The relationship between the employer and employee is a temporary one. During the time of business crisis, either that bond gets stronger or it gets broken. It depends on many things. Many employers lay off their workers at this time. Though they can make many explanations, but in my opinion, that is not a good trend.
When one employee starts to work as a team member, the employer has got a responsibility to protect his worker, since he is under his order, and serves the company as good as he can. Of course in the past very few employers had the attitude of laying off his workers. But, today the number of such job providers has increased. The main reason behind it is the changed lifestyles and behaviour. Today, most of the bosses wish to reap great success in their businesses. If they do not get the desired income, they start to cut off the possible means of expenses first. Naturally, that comes to the sending out of some their workers. Not only the junior staff but also the senior staffs get such 'firing.'
However, sending out employers is not good for the company. In order to orient the fresher, the senior staff have to work a lot. All these efforts will get useless if they send off their trained personnel. Moreover, this trend inculcates an insecure feeling in other employees. They may also get fired at anytime for anything. Ultimately, it would affect the morale and team spirit of worker.

Migration of human capital has been common ever since globalization came underway. But, today, rich nations are a little apathetic towards immigrants from poor nations. This essay is to identify the reasons for this prejudiced attitude, and to check what can be done to turn this condition around.
This first element is that poor migrants are known for making money and sending it back to their countries by abstain themselves maximum from spending. Obviously, finance outflow is a concern for the rich. Secondly, globally, the employment scenario is not that bright, and the arrival of fresh migrants would sabotage the dreams of the rich. For example, poor migrants are ready to work more for less. And finally, it may be said that many poor migrants are not up to the expectations of the rich in terms of qualifications, work culture and skill-sets. These are the major factors.
Obviously, there are genuine reasons for the rich not to promote migration from poor economies. But these nations cannot be going like this for long. There needs a change in this attitude. The first thing that can be done is to make the human capital meet a common standard set by host nations. Secondly, poor nations can suspend strategic trade operations in a selective manner so that rich nations may be forced to adopt a pro-poor policy. Sports personalities promoting commercial interests for huge pay packages is unethical, and so it should be banned. Argue for and against this view.
It is very common that sports persons are selected as brand ambassadors of many products .When some say it is against their professional ethics while others opine that there is nothing wrong as such. This essay tries to identify those possible supporting and opposing arguments.
Sports stars are the icons of many youths in most of the countries. They are famous worldwide and their advertisements may get much more attention than any other professional models can invite. Hence, the advertisement where they take part must be something that should not mislead the common people. For example, if a cricket player says that a top brand of beverage is the secret of his fitness, then it is the saddest way of sending the worst message to its spectators. To make the condition worse, many fans may believe it and try to imitate their words of endorsement.
On the other hand, sports stars have the freedom to engage in commercial promotion exercises like advertisements according to their interests. They may not get such an opportunity in their life later. Hence, they are free to make earnings by using their present star image. It is true that a player cannot keep up his best form always. Moreover, it is because of their talent and hard work they get a chance to be a much sought after personality of a commercial brand.
In short, while we respect the right of all sportsmen to make their own choices to play, act and advertise, it is a must that they have to avoid activities which may create a bad habit in their fans. The arguments for and against the view show it.

What you have to say, is the unethical side of it that makes banning necessary. on the other side, you need to say that there are others arguments that does not demand any king of banning, rather they may be permitted. The language you may use is: the primary argument that makes some people believe that it is unethical is this……………secondly, this may be the other argument…………….for example.

It is very common that sports persons are selected as brand ambassadors of many products .When some say it is against their professional ethics while others opine that there is nothing wrong as such. This essay tries to identify those possible supporting and opposing arguments.
Sports stars are the icons of many youths in most of the countries. They are famous worldwide and their advertisements may get much more attention than any other professional models can invite. Hence, the advertisement where they take part must be something that should not mislead the common people. For example, if a cricket player says that a top brand of beverage is the secret of his fitness, then it is the saddest way of sending the worst message to its spectators. To make the condition worse, many fans may believe it and try to imitate their words of endorsement.
On the other hand, sports stars have the freedom to engage in commercial promotion exercises like advertisements according to their interests. They may not get such an opportunity in their life later. Hence, they are free to make earnings by using their present star image. It is true that a player cannot keep up his best form always. Moreover, it is because of their talent and hard work they get a chance to be a much sought after personality of a commercial brand.
In short, while we respect the right of all sportsmen to make their own choices to play, act and advertise, it is a must that they have to avoid activities which may create a bad habit in their fans. The arguments for and against the view show it.
