Quality of education is determined more by the employability of the candidates than by anything else like the name and fame of the institution.

How far do you agree or disagree with this?

Quality of education is very crucial in today’s fast changing employment environment. It is controlled more by private sector than by government sector. When it comes to private sector jobs, employability matters much more than the name or popularity of the institution a person gets educated from. 50 words

Education is becoming more expensive these days and students are highly ambitious to find lucrative jobs mostly under private sector. Government is no longer an employment provider for all the people who get qualified every year. When it comes to private sector jobs, it is the skill-sets and individual faculties that decide a candidate’s employability. In short, employers want to get their jobs done. A huge syllabus, efficient faculty and infrastructure may be there in all institutions. But they are contributory factors that decide on the employability or the industry-friendliness of the candidates. 90 words

On the contrary, employability cannot be achieved without the support of efficient faculty, competitive syllabus and state-of-the-art infrastructure. Coupled with these is the need for including provisions for students for gaining hand on experience in their respective professions. A wise implementation of these factors would make a candidate meet the challenges of emerging jobs openings. However, there are a few other factors like attitude, personal interests and talents, to mention a few, that make one employable. 75 words

The ultimate purpose of education is to make one lead successful and meaningful life, and one needs to be decently employed to be so. However, meeting the changing needs of modern employers is tough for the poorly qualified. So it is employability that matters most when it comes to quality of education. 50 words
