An instance you failed to pay something you wanted

How you felt

Well, it is quite common in our life that we want
To pay for something but we are unable to.

One such instance I am going to speak about
happened sometime back, precisely, it was in 2005.

Actually, during this period, I used to travel long distance
as part of my studies. During this time, it was necessary for
me to be in touch with my friends and relatives.

But, unfortunately, I did not have the means to afford a mobile phone
at that time. But I desperately wanted to have one
because many of my friends sported their phones
And I used to look at them with envy and a little jealousy.

Apart from this, I used to go shopping and whenever I
happened to see mobiles displayed, I would get disappointed
And think of my being not able to pay for one.

But later, say after a year, I managed to get one,
And now I do think of those hard times,
But I have no regrets that I wanted to have something
But I was not able to get it.

It is all part of life, and I take such situations as they come.
I do not attach too much importance to such events.
I have been endowed with many other faculties and
Conveniences in my life and I am happy with it.
