One of your friends writes to you that he has arranged a job for you and gives you details of your future employer. And you are free to join any time fifteen days from the day of the call.

Write a letter to your friend asking for details of the job, expressing your gratitude and mentioning how prepared you are to take up the job.

The product you have purchased from a local supplier fails to work within weeks of buying. Bu the supplier is not ready to replace the product though it has a valid replacement warrantee.

Write to a letter to the consumer cell, detailing the case, and requesting action against the supplier based on consumer rights laws. You may mention the details of the purchase and may mention that you add copies of documents.

Write a letter to the human rights commission and highlight the issue.
