The woman of the new generation is conscious of her equality in society and does not shy away from claiming her due shares from society if that bring growth and development in her life.
What makes new generation women independent?
What all ways do they bring in development?

Women have come a long way over the years. They are no more shy; instead they have become a formidable force1 competing for their shares. And nations around the world now recognize2 their role in contributing substantially to growth3 and development. They do it in many ways. 45 words

There are many factors that make today’s women more independent and assertive compared to their counterparts of the past. The most important factor is education4. Women these days are as educated as men, and they take up all sorts of jobs done by men. For example: positions in management, IT and industrial and defense to mention a few. Naturally, this equality in gender makes them grab the opportunities5 in-country and abroad. This turns them increasingly financially independent. Other minor factors are the changes in attitude6 of the society and women-friendly reform measures initiated by government organizations and NGOs. 90 words

Women are able to bring in developments in many ways. This is particularly true when it comes to grassroots level development. Educated and financially independent women can make huge changes in their family7 first and the immediate society8 next. For example, educated empowered mothers are able to give better educate and healthcare to their children. Obviously, educated children will form a developed society. This results in better family atmosphere which in turn leads to peaceful society. And finally, their contributions towards developments will boost the economy9 by way of tax and related revenues. 90 words

So it is right to conclude that women play a decisive10 role in bringing in development and progress, and the factors that lead to this change may vary in future too. And their contributions11 will make great changes12 in human society world over. 40 words
