Developing transportation modes like airways, super fast roadways and the like involves huge financial outlay. But a small proportion of the population enjoys the benefits. Therefore, it is unwise to invest hugely on such projects.
Essay 156
How does this argument sound to you?
It is speed that makes economies grow faster. Obviously, we need faster transportation infrastructure. Coming to how wise it is to spend too much for a few people, I would say, it is the wisest thing. Let me prove it.
Firstly, the need for traveling faster is not felt by all. That is, only a small percentage of the population wants to move faster. For example; businessmen, Non Residents, expatriate work force and tourists are the ones who feel the need for expensive and faster travel modes.
Secondly, expecting all people to be able to directly benefit from expensive development projects like transportation is premature. What I mean is that when people of great business sense travel faster, their men, money and machinery work more efficiently. This faster functioning helps them spin more money.
Thirdly, it is right to argue that when men, machinery and money work, they generate opportunities of varying dimensions which are ultimately grabbed by a greater proportion of the population. For example, CEOs of big businesses need to move faster so that they will be able to generate development.
On the other hand, if we conclude that it is unwise to spend a lot on expensive travel modes, the very development process will go slower and the engine of the economy will come to a grinding halt.
In short, it is a small proportion of the population that makes real differences in terms of development. Therefore, as speed is the need of the hour, it is of paramount importance and wiser as well to spend sizably for expensive and faster modes of transportation.

Free movement of market, men and material across the world is taken as an opportunity by some people, but some others are of the opinion that it has made the world suffer from countless problems.
Essay 041
How genuine are these views in your opinion?
Borderless movement is the order of the day, and the same is going to stay, too. Naturally, there are differing views on its merits and demerits. What I feel is that it is more an opportunity than a problem. I can prove it too.
Let me explain what all opportunities such a movement offers people. Firstly, it is market interplay. Nations both rich are poor interact and benefit each other by way of employment, tax and market penetration. Secondly, it is the movement of human resources. Human resource is a perishable one; but today, there are opportunities across the world to make use of one's potentials for the welfare of the whole world. Being able to use one’s intellectual and physical strengths is much better than not using or under-using them. Thirdly, a free world order makes developments faster, so does the socio-economic conditions of the world.
However, all is not well with this all encompassing world order. There is rich poor divide getting widened thanks to movement of resources to more productive lands. Secondly, poor nations become unattractive even to its population due to the lures offered by the world outside. Thirdly, there are cultural and traditional values that get deteriorated, and some of them even get extinct too. However, the fact remains that these are effects of changes and influences.
Since this changed order of the day is bound to be here for long, and there is no scope for any U turn, it is a good idea to identify the possibilities of it and try our best to manage the difficulties. Humans are intelligent enough to do so.

Some people believe that four-day-week with longer working hours would make employees enjoy life and, as a result, perform better when they are at work. But there are people who think that lesser working days would do more harm than good.
Essay 003
Look at both the views and express your opinion on them.
Does four-day week make people put in more? Opinions differ of course. But not many would oppose the idea that more free time lets employees enjoy a lot of family time. What I feel is that humans, being basically lazy, may take it as an opportunity to be complacent.
First of all, let me see how employees are going to take four-day week concept. Four working days and three holidays a week would look really great because there is enough room for family time, professional, personal and social times. This makes employees enjoy greater work life balance. This will of course pay them great dividends. This improved working environment may make some employees put in more and contribute better in terms of service. This extra energy may take the production graph scale new highs.
But, from an employer’s point of view, there is a little concern because paying for seven days and getting three days’ service back may not make great business sense. However rejuvenated an employee may return to work after three days’ break, he or she may take a day to get over the holiday blues. This would leave the employer with only three days a week, with the third day being a weekender. Coupled with this is humans’ inherent nature of being lazy. So, four-day week may not do much good. Lesser working days make people lazier.
The above findings on four-day week make it clear that fewer number of working days is likely to do more harm than good. So, it is right to say that keeping employees engaged is much better than letting them free for longer days.

Since today’s globalized world order is one of mutual gains, there is an argument that there needs to be a global system for the management of losses like disasters, both manmade and natural, that happen much more frequently today than ever.
Essay 039
How feasible is this idea in your opinion?
What advantages such a system would offer the world community?
google_protectAndRun("render_ads.js::google_render_ad", google_handleError, google_render_ad);
Today the world functions on a principle of mutual cooperation and the gains thereof. In such a scenario, a global disaster management system is of greater significance today than ever. I for one find this idea highly feasible, and it would offer great benefits to people across the world.
Let me see how feasible the idea is. First of all, rich economies are in a better position to take part in any disaster management efforts thanks to their being strong in almost all walks of life. Secondly, mobilizing the most important things to manage disasters like men and machinery, technology and essential supplies like medicine, food, clothing, roofing etc. is much easier today than ever. Finally, since mutual benefit is being appreciated world over, mutual participation in distress management is but a reasonable idea, and not many nations would fail to comply.
Coming to the advantages, the foremost thing is that people living disaster prone areas will have great relief. Secondly, a global system will be able to mitigate the gravity of disasters by way of reduced casualties, faster rehabilitation, reconstruction and normal life. Thirdly, all nations would be bound to keep their own disaster management systems in place. For example, if a disaster strikes India, India’s immediate neighbours like Bangladesh, Pakistan and China will be bound to press their disaster management system into action. It is immediate action that makes greater differences in the gravity of disasters.
In short, a universal disaster management system is of paramount importance to- day as the world is frequently being threatened by calamities. Since human welfare is a common cause, such a system will be beneficial for all across the world.

Today’s younger generation is going after tailor-made qualifications, and many are found to be fetching jobs much earlier than those who do conventional courses. However, there is heated discussion over how promising or damaging this trend is.
Essay 085
How promising or damaging is this trend in your opinion?
Today’s employment environment is changing much faster, and the emerging jobs demand tailor-made qualifications to meet the changing demands of industries. Naturally, such qualifications land people in jobs faster than conventional qualifications do. So, I think, it is more promising than damaging.
We all know that, today, private players are the biggest employment providers, and they need people who have honed special skill sets. Here short term qualifications come exactly cut for the industry. Actually, this is a win-win situation for all parties. The candidates who pursue these programmes get employed faster, the employer finds right hands, and finally the cry over rising unemployment gets addressed periodically. Is it not promising to see people get employed faster?
However, we cannot ignore the need for conventional courses. There should be enough people to meet the needs of a nation. Short term courses may offer jobs to a set of people but, conventional programmes help a whole nation find human resources to meet its diverse needs. It needs people like administrators, scientists, academia, doctors, trainers, writers, artists, and so goes the list. However, if we look at it from a job aspirant’s angle, tailor made programmes look more promising than damaging. From a nation’s point of view, it may look the other way round.
In short, whether it is damaging or promising, the very purpose of education is to make one lead a meaningful, civilized and productive life. Right employment at right times is what is needed for it. If tailor made courses are able to fulfill that need, it is no doubt promising. It is all about how one looks at it.

Though tourism is construed to be helping people in many ways, some people tend to look at it with suspicion on the assumption that tourism is only for the rich or the better off of the society.
Essay 076
How do you look at these two views?
Tourism in general is helpful. But it is a fact that, these days, it is getting confined more to the likes and demands of the better off than to the downtrodden. However, wise management of tourism may be helpful for all.
If we look at tourism positively, we can see innumerable examples to prove that it is helping man in several different ways. For example, tourism primarily is a stress reliever for all. Secondly, it is one of the fast growing industries around the world generating revenue and involving around 240 million jobs, both direct and indirect. Thirdly, it is right to say that tourism is a unifying force by way of its being able to make people and culture meet and interact. And, finally, it is not an exaggeration to say that tourism helps solve disputes and promote international relations.
However, the apprehension that tourism is confined to the richer section of the society is not unfounded either. We can see several examples to prove this. For instance, premium tourism opportunities are highly expensive so that greater section of the population does not get to enjoy it. Secondly, a great number of tourism facilities are developed and maintained for the better off, foreigners and their currencies. Thirdly, tourism operators have a tendency to keep their price tags unaffordable to common man. This is undemocratic and unethical.
To conclude it, it may be said that right attitude to tourism is what is needed now because it is a potential source of income and entertainment. But there needs a system in place to make it democratic as far as possible.

Many pharmaceutical giants try to justify clinical trials on humans to find out their (medicines’) efficacy so that they can be produced in large scale for the welfare of the whole humanity.
Essay 052
Do you think it is right to conduct clinical trials on a few humans for the broader and larger interests of the whole humanity?
Clinical trials on humans have always been a bone of contention, and pharmaceutical giants clandestinely do such tests on poor people saying that it is for the general good of the world. In my perception, clinical trials on humans cannot be accepted on any count.
There is no denying the fact that humans are the most precious ones on this planet, and keeping his life going as long as possible is a matter of utmost importance. And for the same, medicine and medical care have a crucial role to play. However, to ascertain the efficacy of a new medicine does demand tests, and the normal practice is to run such tests on animals. But, the need for conducting such tests is on the rise due more to the mounting competition between pharmocos than to the need for developing remedial medicines.
All said and done, conducting clinical trials deliberately and by consent is a crime against humanity because human life is no test lab and no human life is superior or inferior to any other life. So we cannot endorse the view that these tests and warranted for the well being of the whole humanity. Wellbeing of a person is as important as the wellbeing of another. This makes it clear that lives of a few cannot be sacrificed for the rest of the world. Life is so precious that no one is allowed to rule over it.
The above arguments make it clear that clinical trial on humans is anti-human . And, the arguement that ‘a few lives for the wellbeing of a larger world’ is ridiculous and against all human values. There are alternatives to this.

Conservation of wild animals and maintaining of their habitat are claiming a sizeable amount of money every year. But it is argued that wild-life as such does not contribute much in accordance with the size of money it consumes every year.
Essay 011
How do you look at this argument?
I for one am of the opinion that the money nations around the world allocate for the upkeep of wildlife and their habitat is the wisest of allocations in several different counts. The argument that wildlife does not contribute proportionally is premature.
Let me prove the point by citing a small example from our surroundings. The much talked about topic across the world is excessive carbon emission and its myriad ramifications on the Planet. Unfortunately, the only solution is protecting the existing green cover. So, we need forests. Forests are the habitat of wild animals, and they both do a great job in maintaining the ecological balance of the whole Planet. Obviously, no amount will be a bigger amount if spent in this direction.
On the other hand, the argument that animals and their habitat need to produce visible material benefits in terms of the money spent is childish. We need to do ask a few simple enough questions ourselves. Firstly, what all things money is able to generate and what all things wild life and their life are able to generate? Can we re-generate forests as old as thousand years? Can we bring back an endangered species? Do we have enough money to buy out an Amazon jungle or a Silent Valley? I am sure the argument is proved unfounded.
In short, allocation of funds for the upkeep of the wild and their habitat is much worthwhile than anything else. Man has great limitations, but nature does not have any. So it would be wiser if we protect our wild life and their habitat.

The issue of discarded computers and other electronics wastes is not a trivial matter any more. So people all around the world need to make changes in how they handle these products to help ensure a clean environment for future generations.
Essay 008
Discuss the issue and suggest a way or two to handle the problem.
With consumers and businesses constantly replacing electronic equipment, the volume of abandoned computer and electronic waste is growing alarmingly. So there is pressing need for wiser management of this issue. It is needed for today and tomorrow’s healthy environment.
One of the severest problems the Planet is currently facing is waste, hazardous, harmful and less harmful. Among them, the volume of used and nonfunctioning equipment electronic goods filling up the world’s dumps is growing alarmingly. This is so alarming that the coming generation would find itself caught in the nightmare of diseases and poor living environments. This poor state of affairs is not only harmful to humans, but all the flora and fauna of the world would get affected and life on the Planet would be nearly impossible.
This deadlock needs immediate attention of one and all. How best can the world take care of it? Or, who will bell the cat? What I for one find is that corporate giants, including computer manufacturers such as Apple, IBM, Dell and HP; electronics manufacturers such as Toshiba and Motorola; cellular manufacturers such as Nokia and Verizon, to mention a few, should initiate a combined effort to see that the waste their products and services generate is responsibly managed. Once they show a feasible way out, the smaller organizations would follow suit.
Winding up the discussion, I find it right to say that all environmental issues are absolutely manmade. Therefore, it is the need of the hour that man himself takes up this issue not only for his immediate wellbeing, but also for the sake of all the generation to come.

Some people say that faster, cost-effective and universally accessible communication infrastructure has made the world a much better place to be in, whereas there are others who feel that it has made things worse.
Discuss both the views and put in what you feel about it.
We are living in a world of communication explosion where people of all walks of life are able to stay connected 24x7. Obviously, this communication revolution has made the world much better. However, there are a few concerns as well that cannot be ignored.
To begin with, the world ultimately has become a more comfortable place to be in thanks to the explosion in communication infrastructure. Firstly, it is the faster movement of data that makes people work more efficiently, especially businesses and administration machinery. For example, with the arrival of email and its unfathomable possibilities, the whole world has become a network of people sans any borders set either by time or by space.
Secondly, coming to grassroots, people of all walks of life are able to make better living conditions because they are well positioned to tap the potentials of time by converting time into money. For example, universally accessible and affordable mobile phones are used by people to keep their businesses running smooth. There are countless other similar instances, too.
All the instances notwithstanding, we cannot ignore the fact that this development has made the world a little unsafe. For example, communication platforms are widely used by nefarious forces like terrorists and fundamental outfits to make unrest in different parts of the world. The case with those immature people who fall prey to the lures of communication tools is another example.
In short, barring a few discordant notes, globally speaking, communication explosion has made the world a better place in countless ways. Looking at both the sides, what I feel is that it is our responsibility to harness the potentials of communication breakthroughs.

In short, it is a small proportion of the population that makes real differences in terms of development. Therefore, as speed is the need of the hour, it is of paramount importance and wiser as well to spend sizably for expensive and faster modes of transportation.

For example; businessmen, Non Residents, expatriate work force and tourists are the ones who feel the need for expensive travel modes.

The art of saying ‘yes’ and ‘no’ in English (It is a downloaded lesson)
A yes-man is someone who always agrees with those in authority especially when he wants to ingratiate himself with his superiors. But then you don't have to be a yes-man to know the different ways in English of saying 'yes'.
Let's take first some examples of enthusiastic agreement that we can use in reply to various questions. To offers such as: "Would you like to try another slice of my apple pie?" -- we can react with: "Yes, indeed I would/ I'll say/rather" or for those who like to be thought of as a bit of a comic there's a choice between "I don't mind if I do" and "I wouldn't say no."
To a request like: "May I borrow your pen a minute to write that address down?" -- we can indicate a friendly response with: "Yes, of course, yes go right ahead" or "yes, by all means." When something of greater substance is under consideration and the speaker expects us to support him but wants positive confirmation all the same as in: "You do think I'm right in refusing to let my future mother-in-law come with us on our honeymoon?" -- we would be justified in using one of the following:
· "Yes, I couldn't agree with you more."
· "You bet your life I do" or an emphatic
· "Absolutely."
When the speaker voices an opinion like: "I think the government will make themselves thoroughly unpopular by increasing the rate of income tax", we can show that we endorse this sentiment with one of these two expressions: "That goes without saying" and "You can say that again."Of course, there are times when we feel obliged to say 'yes', although if we had more choice in the matter we would be inclined to show our disapproval. Here then are some examples of what could be called reluctant agreement, together with their relevant questions:
· "Now tell me, are you going to ring up and ask the Smiths over for lunch next Sunday?" "Yes, I suppose so."
· "You will let me make an appointment for you to go and see the doctor, won't you?" "Yes, all right if you insist."
· "Can I have half an hour off to go and do some shopping please?" "Yes, go on then."If, after a great deal of coaxing, your services are asked for and the questioner ends by saying: "And I'm sure you'd make a very good treasurer. You will accept, won't you?" -- you could show your reluctant acceptance by saying: "Yes, all right you win."Finally, we come to cautious agreement. We are, in effect, saying 'yes' but we're not completely convinced. An insurance salesman could be trying to persuade you to give yourself greater protection: "I think," he says, "you should insure the contents of your house. After all, you might be burgled, mightn't you?"
Now, you already have enough insurance and anyhow you don't want to encourage him too much so you don't commit yourself when you say: "Yes, you could well be right." When someone is criticising the firm in which you both work and wants you to share his opinion, he could ask: "You do feel the same way as I do about the way the management treats us, don't you?"Perhaps you're after promotion and don't want to get involved in an argument so you simply reply: "Yes, there's a lot in what you say." Even more non-committal would be: "Yes, you do have a point there." Occasionally, we still want to be careful in our reply but would also like to express our point of view. To a question like: "I think the judge was right to recommend that the prisoner should be set free, don't you?" -- we could answer: "Yes, that's all very well but..." or "Yes, that may well be so but..." and then go on to state our thoughts on the matter.Yes, I think that's all I have to say on the matter. Oh, just one word of warning, though. Should the question requiring the reply 'yes' be fired at you while you're in the middle of a mouthful of delicious food, use the international way of expressing it, nod your head. And let that inconsiderate questioner imagine what you might have said.Thank you

Some social scientists say that poor nations need to enact a law enforcing minimum number of children a family can have, and thereby enabling the State to withdraw support for the additional child/children in matters like education, employment and healthcare.
Essay 010
How far can you agree with such a law?
Do you think it is right to withdraw support for all additional children?
It is a matter of great concern that population is increasing phenomenally in third world nations. In such a state of affairs, a law on population control is timely, and I find it agreeable to a greater extent. But, I cannot support the provision that the State can deny support to extra child/children.
Rising population is no good anymore. There are several different measures being implemented to curtail population growth. But the impact of such measures is not visible either. Therefore, a law on minimum number of children is timely and worth considering. Firstly, when people come to understand that State wouldn’t support additional children, there would be change of attitude towards having more children. And there will be visible changes in all walks of life thanks to stabilizing population rates. For example, this law is already in force in China, and there are evidences to prove that it works in there.
However, I find it difficult to support State’s denying support to extra child/children. My one and only argument against this idea is this, that the factors that make a family have a certain number of children are more powerful than the provisions of a law. For example, social status, gender preferences, personal likes, family obligations and so on would make parents go for more children. Undoubtedly, such children would come to millions and no welfare State can ignore their well being. Therefore, simply cannot endorse such a provision.
So, to conclude it, a law on minimum number of children is good in many ways, but the State has to support additional children conditionally. If this is done, a law on small family norm would have greater number of takers in the days to come.

Right information on healthcare will make great differences in people’s attitude towards health and well-being, but limitless access to medical information will do more harm than good.
Essay 001
Discuss both the views.
Getting rightly informed is of course good. But getting excessive information is not only bad, but it is dangerous also. When right knowledge on healthcare helps people achieve better life and well-being, excessive access makes it highly dangerous.
Getting informed is entirely different from getting rightly informed. When it comes to awareness on healthcare, this is extremely important because, medical know-how can make people lead healthy lives. For example, people will develop a tendency to be on guard against infectious diseases; they may make periodic check ups mandatory; they may follow healthy lifestyle practices; and some may even make it a point that they live a life in tune with what their knowledge on their health dictates. In short, appropriate knowledge on healthcare will change the very way people look at their health and well being.
On the contrary, if medical information is dispensed without any limit, there is danger. For example, people who have got huge stock of knowledge on medicines, diseases and treatments may go for self medication; some may try over medication and some others may even go for poor medication out of fear. Apart from all these, wrongly informed people have a tendency to do doctor hopping and demand for diagnostic procedures, thinking that they are suffering from severe medical conditions. Needless to say, all these practices are dangerous in a healthcare perspective.
To be precise, being aware is a blessing, but being too much aware is a bane. However, since we cannot stay away from this knowledge flooding, we all need to be intelligent enough to identify what information is needed, and what is not, especially with medical knowledge.

While rising health education among people keeps them highly conscious of their health, extremely free availability of medical information through various media, on the other hand, keeps people highly anxious about their health.
Essay 002
How far is this true in your place?
Information is both powerful and dangerous. This is more so when it is a matter of access to medical education and virtual availability of medical information. While the former keeps people empowered, the other leaves them worried. This is true in my place too.
It is a fact that health education is on the rise. This is contributed more by media than by other social agencies. Anyhow, people, who are aware of health, are likely to be on guard against diseases, and they are able lead lives according to the dictates of their knowledge. For example, in our place great many people are found to be doing for periodic check ups and following healthy life style practices like following fitness regime, drinking boiled water and so on. Actually, this is a welcome development thanks to rising health education.
Unfortunately, today people are inundated by information on diseases, symptoms, medicines, diagnostics and surgical procedures. This is actually dangerous. This knowledge, instead of making them conscious of their health, leaves them at tender hooks. For example, people with too much health education may find themselves hypochondriacs. They may even go for forced medications. For example, in our place, some people who have got great access to medical knowledge feel afraid of their health status. It is their excessive knowledge on health that makes them anxious. This is a reality in my place.
In short, unless we are able to identify what information makes us conscious of our health and what makes us anxious, any information on health is dangerous. I hope everybody takes note, including the people of my place.

Health consciousness among people is on the rise thanks to education and free access to medical information of all types. Some people feel that it is a welcome development, whereas there are others who feel that it is dangerous.
Essay 003
How good or bad is rising health consciousness in your opinion?
Information is both powerful and dangerous. This is more so when it is a matter of access to medical education which keeps people’s health consciousness on the high. What I feel is that rising health consciousness is good, but, unless it is wisely managed, it will be dangerous.
Compared to olden times, people today are well informed of health and the risks involved in following unhealthy lifestyle practices. This is thanks to the availability of medical information and access to the same. Actually, it is a welcome development, because many people are prepared to go for periodic medical check ups and follow diet and fitness regimes in order to lead a healthier and longer life. For example, the number of those who spend time and money for health is much higher today than it was in the past. This is really encouraging.
However, there is another side to it. Rising health consciousness at times keeps people more anxious than conscious of their health. For example, access to information on diseases, medicines and treatments makes people worry too much about their health. As a result, some people go for self medication, whereas some others go for over medication or poor medication. There are others who go doctor shopping and demand for diagnostic procedures and treatments. This is the dangerous side of rising health consciousness.
In short, any information is good if wisely made use of. This is more so with medical information and health consciousness. Needless to say, it is a blessing to be rightly aware of health and wellness, but it is dangerous too, if not properly managed.

Is it the rising health consciousness that makes people highly anxious of their health? Or, it is limitless and free access to medical knowledge that makes them so?
Essay 004
Approach these questions objectively.
The mounting health consciousness among people is a positive development if we look at it objectively. On the other hand, virtual access to medical information may make people more anxious than conscious of their health.
Unfortunately, today people are flooded with information on diseases, medicines, diagnostics and medical researches and developments. This is actually dangerous. This knowledge, instead of making them conscious of their health, leaves them at tender hooks. For example, people with too much medical knowledge may find themselves confused and doubtful. As a result, they may even go for solicited medication. For example, some people always feel afraid of their health status. It is due to the excessive access to medical knowledge they enjoy that makes them anxious, not the mounting health consciousness.
In short, unless people are able to identify the fine line that lies between health consciousness and medical knowledge, both the developments will be counter productive. Right health consciousness is good, but too much medical knowledge is dangerous.

There is an argument that extremely free availability of medical information and literature will do more harm than good to people.
Essay 005
To what extent do you agree or disagree with this?
Getting informed is of course good. But getting excessive information is not only bad, but it is dangerous also. This is true with regards to medical knowledge. Unless intellegenctly managed, excessive access to medical knowledge may make things worse.
When it comes to awareness on healthcare, it is extremely important that people make use of their awareness for their well being, because wrong impressions on medical knowledge may harm people. On the other hand, if people are conscious of the benefits involved in medical knowledge, they will develop a tendency to be on guard against infectious diseases; they may make periodic check ups mandatory; they may follow healthy lifestyle practices; and some may even make it a point that they live life beautifully healthily.
On the contrary, if medical information is dispensed without any limit, there is danger. For example, people who have got great access to medical knowledge literature may go for self medication; some may try over medication and some others may ignore medication or opt for poor medication out of fear.
Apart from all these, over informed people may have a tendency to do doctor shopping and demand for diagnostic and medical procedures. Needless to say, excessive access to medial knowledge and literature is likely to more harm than good.
To be precise, being aware is a blessing, but being too much aware is a bane. This is what I feel with regard to virtual access to health care knowledge. Unless wisely managed, it will be more harmful than beneficial.

Some social scientists are of the opinion that children are likely to understand the need for equal gender participation in real life if their parents are prepared to allow their children to actively participate in all domestic chores.
Essay 051
How do you look at this opinion?
Do you think gender participation is of some value?
Equal gender engaging is not likely to take place unless there is initiative from the family itself. This may be by engaging children in all domestic duties. Obviously, gender participation is of greater value today than ever, and our social scientists’ view sounds genuine to me too.
Achieving equal gender participation is not that easy as we think. Still, hopefully, if we could start from families - it is families that inculcate gender preferences in children - there will be light at the end of the tunnel. For example; parents can instill lessons of gender participation in children. This can be done by engaging them in all domestic activities irrespective of the nature of work. This will change the attitude from the grassroots itself, and this change will later turn out to be the order of the day.
It is obvious that gender participation has great value now. Today, life is taken mostly in terms of time, money and material. If these things are to be achieved up-to the expectations of all, there needs gender participation. For example, a nuclear family atmosphere demands mutual gender engaging, for working environment is 24x7, double income is the need of the hour and life is more a matter of competition than one of anything else. Here what makes things smoother is gender participation.
So what is it all in short? Parents need to understand the fact that their children need to engage equally well so that their life will be better. This needs to start from home itself. All good things need to start from home. So is the need for equal gender participation.
