Though nations around the world follow different age limits for retirement, there are people everywhere who believe that it is good to let workers continue till they are able to do their work according to the expectations of their employer.

A welfare State is expected to provide meaningful and decent employment environments for all its productive citizens no matter what employment they are able to be in.

This idea is taken by some as something utopian whereas there are people who say that State is the employment provider.
