The topic itself is interesting because I like cooking
And of course I like those who cook well.

When it comes to my favourite cook, I would say,
it is Mr. Noushad, the owner of Noushad caterers.
He is based in Kochin,

Frankly, speaking I never met this famous cook face to face.
But he is a very familiar figure in all houses in our state
because he is hosting a cookery show on one of the TV channels.

However, recently there was food festival at our place,
And I visited this place to taste some dishes
and to see for myself what was happening.
Surprisingly, there was a stall hosted by this Noushad cateres.

Equally surprising was that Mr. Noushad was there manning the kitchen and counters. He was so busy that I did not feel like disturbing him.
And, needless to say, the rush this outlet was experiencing was really amazing.

Though there were several hotels and caterers, this Noushad caterers had the biggest draw that evening.

Naturally, I took a fancy for his cooking expertise, and I tasted one of his famous recipes, biriyani. It is called prawn biriyani.

Tasting it, I once again realized that cooking is an art, and when it is done by a cook like Noushad, cooking becomes a delight; not only for the one who cooks it but for those whom it is cooked. Sure, I like him very much.

That is all about my favourite cook.
