Leisure hours per year in Someland: a report

But socializing with four or less people is highly popular among people in their 30s, 40s, 50s.

Finally, you may see how individual and group exercise go. Here youngsters and oldies are not as interested as people in their middle years. Those in their 30s and 40s utilize 200 hrs each. Coming to group exercise, youngsters spend more time than older groups do. As they go older, their interest decreases to naught.
