Under-populated rich nations view the population explosion being experienced in poor nations with a little concern. Some say that this concern is unfounded, but there is majority that feels that rising population wherever it is is a matter of concern.

Some believe that it is the poor political will and socio-economic conditions makes many poor nations think that population is a problem. But in real terms, there is no resource that is as good as population resource.
