Three questions on media
1.
Some people believe that not reporting child abuse should be taken as a crime against humanity, and the media that ignore the rights of the defenseless (children) need to be banned.
• Discuss both the views and say what you feel about aggression on the defenseless?
2.
Television, as one of the powerful instruments of a healthy democracy, of late, seems to be concentrating much more on entertaining the masses than on keeping them informed of the happenings around them.
• How right is this media attitude in your place?
• What do you think are the dangers of not keeping people informed?

3.
There is an argument that, since almost all the media are by-products of advertising (and are not being funded by the State), governments cannot in any way have controls over any media operation.
• Do you agree or disagree with argument?
