Furniture in bad shape: inviting action
Dear landlord,
I am Clement Leonard,
one of your tenants, staying at your Princevile North Property. We have been
living in this place for nearly three years.
I am writing this
letter to let you know that we experience a few problems with some of the
furniture items in our apartment. This problem has been there for long, but now
it is nearly impossible for us to do with it.
Some of them make a lot screeching noise, a few doors of the cabins are
not getting locked right one of the window panes is broken. Besides all these,
the wardrobe has started showing decay.
If I remember right,
sometime back I had brought this thing to your notice verbally. But I am afraid
you forgot it. Anyway, now I would like
you to do something immediately.
Anyway, I have a
couple of suggestions. You may arrange to send in someone and fix the problem.
I will be in after 4 pm every day. If
this is not that easy, I may be permitted to find someone to get it fixed, but
the bill generated may be adjusted with the next rental. What do you say,
please.
Please do something.
Awaiting someone to come by from your side,
Faithfully,
Leonard.
