• What are the implications in the long run if it goes on like this?

Some people say efficient management of human resources of a nation is the best way to achieve long-term development goals whereas there is another view that it involves many other factors than just human resource management.

Though several of today’s technological innovations are here to stay, great many more are going to replace these existing ones faster than ever. This frequent change is a great thing for some whereas there are people who raises concerns as well.
