Borderless movement is the order of the day and the same is going to stay, too. Naturally, there are differing views on its merits and demerits. What I feel is that it is more an opportunity than a problem. I can prove it, too.

Let me explain what all opportunities such a movement offers people. Firstly, it is market interplay. Nations, both rich are poor, interact and benefit each other by way of employment, tax and market penetration. Secondly, it is the movement of human resources. Human resource is a perishable one, but today there are opportunities across the world to make better use of one’s potentials for the welfare of the whole world. Being able to use one’s intellectual and physical strengths is much better than not using or under-using them. Thirdly, a free world order makes developments faster, so are the socio-economic conditions of the world.

However, all is not well with this all-encompassing world order. There is rich-poor divide getting widened thanks to movement of resources to more productive lands. Secondly, poor nations become unattractive even to their population due to the greener pastures offered by the world outside. Thirdly, there are cultural and traditional values that get deteriorated, and some of them even get extinct too. However, the fact remains that these are just the aftermaths of changes and influences.
