Constitutional employment guarantee, of course, sounds great, but when it comes to its feasibility in my place, I think there are more problems than prospects. However, there are ways to assure employment for all the qualified ones so that they would safeguard the well being of their nation.

To begin with, all the educated have the right to get employed according to their qualifications and expectations. But the fact is that in a country like mine, where population is exploding astronomically, it is virtually impossible to accommodate every one in some employment. Besides, there is a great disparity between the quality of education demanded by the employment providers and the quality supplied by education service providers. Above all, meeting the expectations of all the educated does not sound a feasible idea because State as such is not that powerful.

However, there are several feasible ways to guarantee employment for all. The fact is that it would take longer time than we expect. First way out is to promote industrialization and encourage private participation in nation building. Secondly, there needs to be a system in place to produce manpower according to the availability and nature of jobs that get generated. Thirdly, there needs to be equal representation for both the genders in all spheres of life. This will make great attitudinal shifts in people. This, in turn, will encourage many people appreciate any decently paying job. These are the suggestions I have.

In short, the feasibility of constitutional employment guarantee in my place depends upon several factors. Among them, State is one, and it is just a party, but the major chunk of the job needs to come from educators, prospective employees and the employers.
