Students who went for higher education from five schools
The table of data we have here shows us the performance of five secondary schools based on the number of students who went for higher studies for a period of six years starting from 1995.

Let us begin with the figures of Royston Academy. In 1995, only 50% students went for higher education, and the following years recorded slight increases and took the figure up to 60 in 1999, and the year 2000 did not show any difference. Coming to Greyston Academy, the story is different. In 1995, it enjoyed the highest performance among all schools, 90%, but the following years saw remarkable falls, slowly taking the figure down to 70%; a fall by more than 20%, and the biggest downswing was in 1995, above 10%.

Harble secondary had a huge upward spiral; nearly three times increase, from 30 to 80 and in 1990-2000, it jumped from 60 to 80, the all time high rate. But Fairfield Girls posted a consistent performance and the figures stood between 65 and 79, and the biggest rise was in 1999-2000 period. And finally, Crackend Boys did not make any headway. It stayed between 60 and 62.

In short, except Greyston High, all other schools were making better performances every passing year, of course with a few exceptions. That is the end of the report.

Fish canning

Fresh fish has a very short shelf life, but canning it allows us to eat fish at any time of the year and in any temperature. How does this process of canning work, and what are the steps involved? I will now describe how fish is canned.
After the fish is sent to the cannery, it is cleaned carefully and some parts are removed. The fish is washed thoroughly, and then drained. The next stage is soaking in salt. This helps to preserve the fish. Next, the fish is put into cans which are then sealed with lids. The cans of fish are then heated in large pressure cookers. This kills the bacteria and ensures that the fish remains safe to eat. After the tins cool, labels are added and the cans are put into boxes. Finally, the boxes are stored in a warehouse, ready for delivery to wholesalers and retail outlets.
Canning fish enables people everywhere to enjoy healthy great-tasting food. Why not try some tuna or salmon in a sandwich today!
