It is change all over. A recent commonly seen change is that males are acquiring certain professions once meant for females and vice versa. This is obviously a positive sign of development. Society has a major role in promoting gender parity and it reaps a lot of advantages too. 45 words

Factors that promote this trend are many. Firstly, today’s globlized world provides, without any gender discrimination, ample opportunities for youngsters. This is perhaps, people all over the world now accept the contributions of both the genders and is aware of the fact that intelligence, expertise, attitude and talents are not gender specific. So anybody can apply for any job one wishes. This attitudinal change also has resulted in the diversification of education. Now admissions for professional courses are open for all. Secondly, people come across several familial pressures. More over, the need for money and the zeal to become secure forces them to do any job. 100 words

The fruits of gender parity in profession are numerous. There is even distribution of human resources in all sectors which in turn results in the over all development of the nation. Naturally, this will improve the standard of living of he people and it gets reflected in the growth indices of the nation. In addition to all these, both the males and females accept each other’s contributions and it helps bring in social harmony. 75 words

In short, this trend of accepting all professions by both the sexes is worth appreciating. As both the males and females are equally productive, their mutual acceptance in various professions leads to the holistic development of the society. 38 words
