Letter on damaged furniture to the landlord

SirLet me introduce myself. My name is Cloe Lee, and I am one of your tenants at your Princevile property.

I am writing it to invite your attention towards few problems we have been having some furniture pieces at our apartment. Please not that the dining we have got has a few chairs with shaking legs and the dining table has started showing some scaling on its surface making it really uncomfortable. Frankly, speaking we did not check it at the time of handover.

Secondly, the muliti-doored cupboard has a problem with one of its doors. One of its hinges got off the frame and the door slants sideways when we open it and its lock does not work properly due to this unstable door.

I need not tell you that these are to be fixed. I would like you to send some one to fix it without much delay. In case, that is not possible, would it be fine if I myself go about getting it fixed it by someone? In that case, I would expect you to deduct the bill amount from the rent this month.
