Violation of court ruling on loudspeakers after 9pm

Sir

I am writing this to invite the attention of authorities towards a serious violation of a court ruling on loud speakers.

We all know that there is a ruling on loudspeakers that it is not permitted to use high decibel sound systems near by residential areas after 9 pm. The fact being so, of late, some political parties at our neighbourhood seem to be ignoring this. As a result, they find it all right to use high decibel loud speakers even during midnight. This leads to many inconveniences to people, especially students and the aged; needless to speak of a home for the aged nearby, which accommodates nearly 100 people in the 70-80 age bracket.

Though we have made many representations to the concerned authorities, nothing has happened so far. Since there is no other way out we are forced to approach the Press to take up this issue and see that this gross violation of court ruling is stopped for ever.
