Flexi-time is a great blessing for such people as they can manage both job and personal responsibilities ,and I really think that it is time to put it in action so that the nation too can enjoy its benefits words

First of all, time and talent are precious and that is what makes flexi-time is so important. For example, by utilizing the time of creative people, a company can hasten its growth and augment their profit. Secondly it, encourages workers to be more relaxed and comfortable during job than those sedentary seven or eight hours’ work. From the employers’ point of view, it is a beneficial for them also as they have to pay less to their part-time workers. Hence, it is a total win-win situation for all.

When we look at it from a national perspective, it is very much clear that the country is going to get economic and social advantages. Indeed, it is a tough task to generate enough job opportunities. So, when the new work schedule can make it possible, who can overlook it? ( be averse to it) Socially speaking, flexi-time helps people strengthen their relationships. For example, a job which offers more free time helps one reinforce the bond (bondage is slavery) between family members.

In short, the flexible work schedule not only brings in benefit to person, but also his surroundings. Obviously, it is the time to put this time schedule into practice.
