Speed reading and collocation phrasal verbs

Many students taking the IELTS exam feel a little intimidated
by the amount of text they are required to read in the
Reading paper. It is true that the texts are quite long
and you have a limited time in which to read them. Whilst
each of the three tasks require you to read in a slightly
different way, the skill of speed reading is one
that you should develop to enable you to get a general
understanding of the text before focussing on the answers
to individual questions.
