To what extent do you agree or disagree with this view?

Gender inequality is still persistent in many parts of the world. There are many ways to close this gap. It is true that parents have a big role in meeting this goal. 32 words
There is a saying that, today’s children are tomorrow’s citizens. If both boys and girls are given equal importance at home, it will get reflected in their thoughts. When they become parents, they will not crave for baby boys or baby girls rather they will wait for healthy babies; and the latter be brought up like equals. Above all, the children should be taught of the genetic differences of male and females, and how to respect both the genders equally. This will eliminate the deep-rooted mischief in them. In addition to that, parents can make it clear to the children as to how both genders are equally important for nature and for the survival of human species. 115 words

On the contrary, not only the parents have the responsibility to bring up them children with gender respect to eliminate gender discrimination, but also the other socially relevant institutions and employers have their own part to deal with this problem. However, what will be the thought and behavior of an individual is the reflection of what he or she has learnt from home.
